Nose Reshaping [Rhinoplasty]
Rhinoplasty will alter the shape of the nose by changing the size, shape, and position of the cartilages that give shape to the nose. Many people are unhappy with the shape of their nose. Some are dissatisfied because of the way their nose naturally developed, and, for others, injuries may have altered the normal appearance of their nose. In either case, surgery of the nose (Rhinoplasty) can help reshape the nose to a more pleasing appearance.

Expect a certain amount of swelling immediately after the surgery. The splint will usually be worn for the better part of a week, and the sutures in the columella will be removed in 5 to 6 days. Most people are able to return to their normal activities in about a week, although it will be longer until they can do strenuous activities. |
